August 18, 2013 "Run or Walk"
Join 5focus for the forth annual Lake Union 10K run or walk along the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Trail. Race starts and finishes in Lake Union Park (new venue for 2012!). The race raises funds to support “Girls on the Run” of Puget Sound. Whether you’re a runner looking for an ideal mid-distance race, or a walker ready to explore the lake on foot, join us to enjoy over- the-top event support, great views along the trail and a celebration of the rich history of Lake Union. Enjoy a gourmet pancake breakfast after the race provided by Portage Bay Cafe.
