Lake Union 10K course

A clockwise loop along the Chesiahud Lake Union Trail
Hydration Station at Mile 2 & just after Mile 4 with porta potties & water. 

• Start on Westlake Ave. N. just north of intersection with 9th
• Stay on Westlake Ave. N, & cross the Fremont Bridge to Fremont Avenue.
• Head east on North 34th Street, following Burke Gilman
• Turn north back onto loop trail NE Pacific Street, crossing at the 5-way intersection
• Immediately turn east onto 40th, pass Peace Park & turn south onto the University Bridge
• Immediately after bridge turn west on Fuhrman Ave E. onto Cheshiahud Trail
• Follow trail as it bends south along Fairview Ave. E. & east onto E. Hamlin St. **THERE IS A SHORT 100 METER HILL HERE**
  *Trail bends south on Yale Terrace E., west on E. Edgar St., south on Yale Ave. E & then west on E. Roanoake St. back to Fairview Ave. E. **THERE IS A SHORT 50 METER HILL HERE**
• Turn west onto Fairview Avenue North to continue on trail
• Course bends along Valley Street & turns onto Terry Avenue North, finishing in Lake Union Park
