RACE DAY
Race Day Schedule & info
Sunday August 9th, 2026
Location: Lake Union Park (near MOHAI)
Parking can be easily found to the east, south & west of event location.
Photos will by FlashFrame Photography. Please wear your bib in the front where it is easily viewed. 100% of photo proceeds will be donated to KEXP!
6:30AM: Event Site Opens
- Gear check: bring your own bag, identified with name & bib number
- Day of race packet pickup for $20 fee
- Water stations will have cups. To save on waste, please bring your own if possible, and thank you.
8:00AM: Race Starts
- 3 waves will be organized around participant pace and chip timed.
- Strollers are allowed but only at the back pack.
- Sorry, no dogs as per event insurance mandate
9:30AM: Awards
- Overall: Female, male, non-binary first, second, third place prizes; Brooks Trailhead, Dukes, and Banya5 Certificates
- Age: First place for 10 & under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, & 10 years to age 100; Lake Union 10K Swag
- Teams: Test team name, two largest teams, fastest team receive a team party at local restaurant +$100 starter tab
- All awards must be picked up day-of-race, they will NOT BE MAILED.
